Apple Cobbler Cheesecake

A sumptuous Apple Crumble Cheesecake drizzled with a smooth delectable butterscotch sauce.


๐ŸŸ  4 digestive biscuits
๐ŸŸ  1tbsp of butter melted
๐ŸŸ  200g Greek Yoghurt
๐ŸŸ  200g Cream Cheese
๐ŸŸ  1 tsp vanilla extract
๐ŸŸ  3 tbsp Icing sugar


๐ŸŸ  2 tbsp Apple Cobbler Granola
๐ŸŸ  One Apple sliced golden delicious
๐ŸŸ  2 tbsp Brown sugar
๐ŸŸ  2 tsp Lemon Juice
๐ŸŸ  1 tbsp butter
๐ŸŸ  Butterscotch sauce (optional from your local stockist)


  1. Crush biscuits and pour in melted butter.
  2. Use a silver ring 3 inches in diameter and place on a plate, make sure you butter the sides.
  3. Place crush biscuits in bottom of silver ring.
  4. Mix cream cheese, greek yoghurt, sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour in cream cheese mixture on top of the biscuit base in the silver ring. Place in fridge for 2 hours till set.
  6. In a pan place apple slices, brown sugar, butter and lemon juice. Camaralise sliced apples until golden brown.
  7. Put to one side to cool.
  8. Take cheesecake out of the fridge sprinkle with apple cobbler granola.
  9. Serve with apple slices on top and on the side with either cream, ice cream or butterscotch sauce.
