Extravagant Brioche French Toast

Exuberantly topped without our yummilicious granola and luscious plump raspberries, refreshingly coated with a silky smooth raspberry coulis and showered with an indulgent sprinkle of white chocolate shavings.


🟠 1 Thickly sliced Brioche Loaf
🟠 3 eggs
🟠 2 cups whole milk
🟠 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
🟠 1 pint fresh raspberries
🟠 100g White chocolate shavings
🟠 100g Soft-baked Granola
🟠 Raspberry Coulis (Bought from your local stockist)


  1. Whip together eggs milk & Vanilla in a shallow glass dish.
  2. Take 1 thick slice of Brioche and soak in egg mixture on both sides.
  3. Line a baking sheet with tin foil
  4. Place egg-soaked slices of brioche on the bang sheet and put under a hot grill until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Place carefully on a serving dish and sprinkle with soft baked honey & cinnamon Granola and lashings of shaved white chocolate.
  6. Decorate with fresh raspberries,

Serve immediately with Raspberry Coulis poured over

Brioche French toast can also be pan fried on both sides with a mixture of butter and olive oil as an alternative.
